Camp Details:
Open to all players entering Squirts, U10s, U12s and PeeWees in the 2017-2018 season.
Each ice time is 75 minutes long, followed by 30 minutes off ice training. Every practice will consist of an up-tempo pace, drills aimed towards skating fundamentals and small area compete drills where we will help players learn how to win those battles. The drills will be used to help create individual skills and their hockey IQ.
During our off ice training part of the camp, we will continue the work that was done on ice by conditioning the muscles used most in hockey. To do this we will utilize sprints, various plyometrics, slide boards, balance boards and lots of stretches to help the player’s flexibility. This will help cement in all the hard work they have done on ice.

Days and Times:
Sunday nights and Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 4:35pm or 4:15pm.
Every session is 75 minutes of on-ice training followed by 30 minutes of off-ice training.
