Camp Details:
Open to all players entering PeeWees, U12, Bantams and U14 in the 2017-2018 season.
Each ice time is 75 minutes long, preceded by 30 minutes off ice training warm up. Every practice will consist of an up tempo pace, drills aimed towards skating fundamentals and small area compete drills where we will help players learn how to win those battles. The drills will be used to help create individual skills and hockey IQ.
During our off ice training part of the camp, we will ensure that players are ready to get the most out of their ice times. To do this we will utilize sprints, various plyometrics and lots of stretches to help the player’s flexibility. This will help cement in all the hard work they have done on ice.

September 8th
Days and Times:
Sunday afternoon, Tuesday nights and Thursday night.
Every session is 75 minutes of on-ice training preceded by 30 minutes of off-ice training.
