Cancellation Policy
Refund & Cancellation Policy 24-Hour Cancellation Notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled session will result in the loss of credit for that session. To retain your credit, cancellations must be made more than 24 hours in advance. Credit Expiration: All credits must be used within the time frame specified at the time of purchase. Unused credits will expire and cannot be refunded or carried over past their expiration date. Same-Day Sign-Ups: Signing up for a session on the same day does not guarantee availability. You will be notified if we are unable to accommodate your registration, and your credit will not be deducted in that case.
