Fusion training Girls Training

We are happy to announce that we have started a U-8, U-10, U-12, Girls program. We have put together a great staff, which has high level coaching and playing experience.  We will be skating 2 hours a week one hour Tuesday and Thursday, after each hour of ice will be an hour of off-ice. The on-ice program will focus on basic skills, skating, stickhandling, passing and shooting. Off-ice we will continue to work on basic skills as well as age appropriate strength and conditioning. All in a fun positive atmosphere.
