Open to Boys and Girls entering High School Hockey, U16 or U18 in the 2018-2019 season.
Fusion Training's High School Hockey Camp will run on Monday evenings starting June 11th and run for 8 weeks (no camp the week of July 4th) ending August 13th.
The camp will consist of a 75-minute on-ice component and a 60-minute off-ice component focusing on making a difference in each player's game. We will push your player past his or her comfort zone, helping them develop their game so they can have more success during the season.

Developing skating speed and power
Working on puck protection and puck battles
Creating offensive opportunities
Defending offensive attacks
Camp's Off-Ice Focus:
Building flexibility and strength
Working on balance and hand-eye coordination
Faster and more powerful quick twitch muscles
Team orientated games
